The Hiwassee River venue ceremony sites, reception hall, and groom and brides suites are dreamy. Bill is so skilled, he truly loves what he does and it shows. Believe it or not, he built the venue himself! He showed us all the options and gave us ideas. Our wedding was the best day of our lives.

This place was perfect for our dream wedding in the woods! The lighting at the forest ceremony site was exquisite at night and was perfect to hang wisteria. The Hiwassee River is beautiful and great for pictures! The reception area was large enough to accommodate our 120 guests.

We offer five custom wedding arbor options, all handcrafted from the trees on the property and custom wooden bench seating for 150 guests.
In case of inclement weather, our indoor ceremony location offers views overlooking the rolling Hiwassee River.

Bill spent nearly a year cutting down trees on the property, cutting logs to size on his sawmill, and preparing the wood for the building process. After much hard work, determination and planning, the Collins family is so excited to finally see Hiwassee River Weddings come to fruition.
